Opis: Ovo je cirkus pun tragikomicne satire, vizionarsko remek-delo u kojem nada, smeh i veselje života nadvladavaju teškoce preživljavanja. Tokom rata, Marko i Crni,dva oportunisticka druga koji dele vatrenu požudu za ženama, picem i ludim tucama, sticu bogatstvo i herojske hvale prodajuci naoružanje snagama otpora. Kada su stvari postale žestoke, sele se u kompleksnu mrežu podruma prepunu izbeglica koje Marko podstice na proizvodnju oružja. Ubedivši Crnogda treba da ostane sakriven u podrumu do kraja rata, Marko ga ostavlja i bogati se pomocu ljudi koji žive pod zemljom. Prolazi preko petnaest godina pre nego što se mreža laži rasplice iCrniizlazi iz skloništa u potrazi za osvetom.

The black marketeer who smuggles the weapons to partisans forgets to mention to the workers that the war is over, and they keep producing. 50 years later, they become suspicious, and break out of their underground "shelter" --- only to convince themselves that the guy was right: the war is still going on. The film shows us the reality, as seen by those who feel unlimited love for their country and culture.
